Wow.. I can't believe it's practically already September. It's amazing how fast the summer goes by, and then those three months of winter drag on for what seems like a lifetime. August has been a great month.. very busy. I moved into a new apartment in Springville at the beginning of the month, and got my classroom all ready for school. I am teaching first grade again and have the cutest class. Surprisingly, the boys are all very scared to get in trouble, so they do anything they can to stay out of it. It's wonderful! Since I don't have to go back to school to be able to teach Kindergarten, I have decided to try and get my master's degree instead. We'll see how that goes over! I'm on a waiting list right now, so if I do get in, it will be a great thing... although in education it doesn't even really pay for itself.. oh well! Last weekend I went home for the Wayne County Fair, and the Chappell Reunion at Fish Lake.

Needless to say, I was exhausted by the time I got back to Springville on Sunday night, and school started the next day. Yesterday I had MaKenna come over and play for a while, which was a ton of fun! Wow, that girl wears me out though! I love having nieces and nephews that I can just give back to their parents and not actually take home with me! Best kind of kids ever!
